Many hearing care professionals already know that if an audiologist is based at the main office but performs home visits 1-2 time a week, they are welcome to use the office’s Noah site license on their laptop.
However, did you know that it is also ok to use the office’s site license while working at home to provide remote services to patients that are customers of that office?

Noah ES Account Lockout: What Do I do if I Enter My Password Incorrectly Too Many Times?

If you’ve entered your password incorrectly multiple times, you may find yourself temporarily locked out of your account with an error message that reads “Your account is temporarily locked to prevent unauthorized use. Please try again later.”
This security measure is controlled by Microsoft’s Azure authentication system to protect your account from potential threats.

End of support for Noah System version 4.14 on June 30, 2025

In accordance with HIMSA’ s policy of supporting Noah software for two years or two versions back, we will discontinue support for Noah System version 4.14 on June 30th, 2025.
It’s a great time to get upgraded to Noah 4.16, which provides an important security update!

Reminder: Noah 4.16 Release with Important Security Update for Noah 4

On March 12, 2025, HIMSA has released Noah System 4.16. Noah 4.16 provides an important security update. HIMSA strongly recommends that all installations upgrade to Noah 4.16 as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT: If you are using a Noah-compatible business system, please contact your business system supplier before upgrading.

Noah ES Local License Feature

With the local license, Noah can now be used temporarily without an internet connection; for example, if you experience an Internet outage or are working in an area without an Internet connection. When Internet service is resumed, you can then upload your local data to the Noah ES database.
